Summary: SOLID, QUALITY BOOT!
Comment: Purchased the Ugg Cove for the cold Michigan winters and a ski trip to Colorado; I thoroughly enjoy this boot. I wear it with or without socks, the footbed is comfortable without feeling like I'm always in my slippers. I purchased my shoe size and my athletic shoe size (one size larger) and went with one size larger. My size 7 feet perferred the size 8 boot. (Overland allows you to order two sizes and return one with free prepaid shipping...nice!)

Comment: I am a hockey mom so warm feet are important to me. The Ugg Cove is definitely a warm boot but I do have two complaints: the laces always become untied. I almost took a header out of the stands when I tripped over an untied lace. Also, when out shoveling last week's foot of snow, I noticed my feet started to get wet. They definitely leak around the stitching at the toe. As long as you keep these boots tied tightly and stay out of the wet snow, these are really nice boots.

Comment: The Ugg Cove in Fieldstone leather is a great alternative to Ugg's usual suede outer, because the oiled leather doesn't require so much maintenance. That means you can wear the boot out in the cold and not worry so much about 'slicking up' the outside of the suede boot when it gets wet!
The only thing I do not like as well is that Cove does not have the sheepskin insole that the regular Classic Uggs do have. If you will search Amazon for "Ugg insole" you will find several vendors who sell the sheepskin insoles you can simply add to this boot!
One thing, the Cove is built on a fashion last, so it is narrower than the standard Ugg boot. If you have wider feet, you may want to order one size up from the Uggs size you normally wear. In my case, my regular size is 10 for the classics and 11 for the fashion Ugg.

Comment: I also live in massachusetts & got these for x-mas last year & I LOVE them so much I am looking for another pr. I have gaucho now. I wore those boots just about through spring & the soles still look brand new! My absolute favorite footwear ! Highly reccomend them!
